Warranty Service Request
Customers must completely fill out Warranty Applications and submit them to the email listed on the top of the form. Please allow 48 hours for the form to be evaluated to determine whether or not the product is within warranty and applied correctly. Following this, customers will be contacted via email to determine what steps to take. One of the steps will be receiving a RMA number and it will need to be written on the box you are returning your product in. This RMA number will expire in 30 days so please send in your product as soon as possible so we can inspect it and try to remedy the issue.
