If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unused items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds are issued for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date. A refund will be issued back to the credit card used for original purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  When we authorize the return request we will give you an RMA# to write on the return label. This helps us to promptly process your return and issue your refund.  

Half Off Ponds will gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Original outbound shipping cost and returns shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility. Free shipping is for a completed sale only. Once product is returned to warehouse, and passes inspection, a prompt refund will be issued for the product purchase.
